EXEDY RX-8 Kit Throwout Bearing

DESCRIPTION

The original throwout bearing normally does not require replacement unless it has been abused in some way. However, if it has been making noise, such as a whirring sound when the clutch pedal is depressed, or if the slave linkage has run out of clearance, replacement is wise. Any roughness felt in the bearing after it is removed is cause for replacement.

Note the bearing that Exedy uses in these kits is made for them by KOYO Industries in Japan. So, it is the correct bearing that you get if you buy a brand new Exedy branded kit from us, including that the bearing itself says Koyo on it.
