These fender flares are contoured to fit the NC fenders and are the perfect solution to running wider wheels on your NC. Great for that SSM or XP autocross build, extreme track cars, or just that ultra-aggressive street look. Adds approximately 35mm of clearance beyond the factory fender.
Note that if you are buying these to run wider wheels/tires then YES you must cut the factory fender underneath to create the clearance you need for that bigger wheel.
This is a fiberglass (FRP) part. Ships in a gelcoat ready for prep/paint.
Hardware is not included, attachment is up to the installer. You can use simple sheet metal screws as we often see on race cars, or a slightly fancier method is to install rivet nuts in the fender underneath to bolt the flares to. Some guys even choose to do get really fancy with body work and blend them into the fender.
These flares are universal for all 2006-2015 NCs. Please note that NC1 06-08 cars have a slightly different rear bumper so please be aware that some modification might be required.
