DESCRIPTION

A new super LIGHT and STRONG 8-spoke Miata wheel.

* 15x6.5
* +42mm Offset
* 4x100
* 73.1mm bore
* ~10.8 lbs
Center cap included

If putting this wheel on a Miata then the hubcentric ring size to use is 73/54. We offer those rings in plastic for street/autocross use (part number 21-1060) and metal for race track use (part number 61-3103).

Note that if you use stock lugs on this wheel you WILL SCRATCH IT UP badly because of the narrow and deep socket pockets on this design. Therefore, we STRONGLY recommend any of the narrower lug nut styles that we list on our site to be paired with this wheel.

NOT LIKELY to clear big brake kits.

WHAT IS FLOW FORMING?
Flow Forming Technology involves the application of pressure to the inner barrel of the wheel, while spinning & after it has been casted. This process shares similarities to that found in the forging process in which the aluminum molecules are compressed resulting in a lighter & stronger wheel with greater shock resistance & elongation properties.

Only 10.8 lbs on our scale with the center cap!

This 42mm offset easily fits ALL NA and NB with stock fenders and 205/50-15 tire size.

NEW: Advanti Blizzard 15x6.5 +42 4x100 Sparkling Hyper Dark

I chose these to replace the rashed up stock alloy wheels that were on the car when I bought it used. I decided on 195/50 tires, because with the stock suspension and meager power, there wasn't much need for me to go wider. I haven't weighed the stock wheels, as they still have tires on, but I've read that they're around 16lbs. I put one of the Blizzards on the scale when I took it out of the box, and it came in at 10.7, so I figure I've cut 5 pounds of unsprung rotating mass at each corner!

Fitment was easy, as these are only 1/2" wider than stock, and the offset puts the mounting surface 3mm further out. Plenty of room for 195 tires.

The Sparkling Hyper Dark finish is sharp. It's basically a like a dark charcoal base with large flake silver on top. It's eye catching, but not garish.
