The Racing Beat Power Pulse Mazda 3 Exhaust System for the 2014-2018 Mazda 3 Skyactiv 4-Door Sedan (2.0/2.5 ltr) is a complete 304-stainless steel exhaust designed specifically for the Mazda 3 Skyactiv application. The Racing Beat Power Pulse Mazda 3 Skyactiv exhaust system is a direct replacement for the factory muffler and utilizes all stock hangers and mounting brackets to ensure a secure fit. Manufactured in-house by Racing Beat using durable stainless steel tubing and flanges, this exhaust system offers an excellent balance of appearance and performance. Finished with a pair of 2.5" OD stainless steel tips, the Racing Beat Mazda 3 Skyactiv exhaust system looks as great as it performs. The easy-to-install Racing Beat Power Pulse Mazda 3 Skyactiv exhaust system comes complete with all required mounting hardware and gaskets. All Racing Beat exhaust components are tuned in-house to provide a balance of tone quality and aggressive spirit. The Mazda 3 Skyactiv exhaust has been developed for use on the Skyactiv engine and produces a very deep, low exhaust note - without any harsh, buzzy, or droning sounds. Whether driving in-town or on the highway, the Racing Beat exhaust system produces an ideal tone to match the personality of the fun-to-drive and sporty Mazda 3 Skyactiv. Racing Beat Testing Notes: Sound level evaluation - The sound level output of the Racing Beat Mazda 3 exhaust system is well-suited for use on a daily driven car. Based on our driving experience with this application, both city and highway driving evaluations provided similar feedback with the exhaust system offering a modest increase in tone during acceleration, without any droning at highway cruising speeds. To maximize fuel economy, Mazda's engineer's have programmed the transmission shift points in the low 2000 RPM range, which further limits excessive exhaust tone. The upper half of the power band is typically utilized under full throttle acceleration, producing the most notable increase in exhaust tone. Aggressive but never unpleasant sounding.
