Hard Dog Hard Bar
Easy install, changes the look of the car for the better! Adds some chassis stiffness as well.
I drove my NA for 14 years without a roll bar, and do not race it. A granddaughter getting old enough to borrow the car prompted me add this safety device. I'm very pleased overall and only have a few nits of constructive criticism.
Installation went very smoothly and the only time wasted was working through the trim cuts to get it to fit close to perfect. The diagram provided wasn't as obvious to me as it should be, but now that I'm done, it was probably perfectly clear for most people and I get it now. The fitment was perfect in terms of bolting it in. The only hiccup I have with car operation after installing it is the seat belt retractor is slow and usually has to be hand fed back into the reel.
The look of the bar is good and has minimal obstruction other than working around it to zip the soft top window up and down. I ordered a pad/cover to keep the taller riders from banging their noggin on the bar if I pop the clutch.
