This rear finish panel is a direct replacement for your old and cracked factory panel. Compatible with the OEM license plate and license plate lights. This finish panel is made of fiberglass and ships gel coated, but it is an aftermarket fiberglass part that requires final fit and prep by a body shop before it is ready for paint. Picture shows the carbon fiber version but here you are ordering the FIBERGLASS version
