DESCRIPTION
HPS high temperature 4-ply reinforced silicone air intake hose kit replaces 2016+ MX5 2.0L stock OEM rubber restrictive air intake hose with high-heat resistance material which meets or exceeds OE specifications (Maximum temperature rating: 350F). Without any re-tuning, the HPS silicone air intake kit delivers dyno proven performance gains - increase horsepower +4 whp , torque +4.1 ft/lbs and improves throttle response. HPS silicone intake kit also helps to reduce heat soak. Tuning and modification are not required.

I don't know if this really provides any more HP or torque. I don't have access to a dyno. But this was very easy to install and it looks great under the hood and simplifies the look.
