NA/NB EGR Delete Combo

DESCRIPTION

This combo includes our blockoff plate for the EGR port in the intake manifold, and the appropriate cap or plug for the EGR port in the header depending on which year your car is. Everything you need to eliminate the EGR tube on the 1.8L NA/NB Engine.
The cap/plug for the header are designed to work with aftermarket headers like the RoadsterSport and Racing Beat headers. Not compatible with the factory exhaust manifold, and might not work with other brands of headers.

Plug or Cap:
If you select 1999-2000 you will get a stainless steel male plug for the EGR port in the header. Takes a 10mm allen tool.
If you select 1994-1997 or 2001-2005, you will get a stainless steel cap with female threads that covers the EGR port on those header years.

Blockoff Plate:
Simple and effective way to block off the EGR port on your NA/NB 1.8L intake manifold. CAD designed and made from a special carbon fiber reinforced nylon via additive manufacturing for a super strong, lightweight, and extremely heat resistant part.
Reuses the factory EGR tube hardware and gasket.

Installation note for the intake manifold plate: Designed to use the factory metal gasket. Sometimes the gasket sticks to the EGR tube when you remove it, and you might not notice if you aren't looking for it. Make sure you put the gasket back on the intake manifold before installing this plate so that it seals properly.
