DESCRIPTION
These Frame Rail Braces are designed to mount up to the V8 Roadsters Frame Rails sold separately on our site. If you do not already have the V8R Frame Rails, and are not ordering the frame rails in the same order as these braces, then these are not for you!
Take your Miata s stiffening to the next level. V8R chassis braces are designed to maximize chassis rigidity by increasing the torsion stiffness of the chassis. Tubing style braces offer superior strength to weight than plate options, while also being easy to work on other areas of the car.
FRONT:
The V8R front brace bolts to the subframe and into four mounting points of the V8R frame rails. These six fastening points box the entire forward section of the chassis at its weakest point.
REAR:
The rear cross brace ties the unibody together to complement the front and maximize the chassis torsional rigidity. Can be run with the OEM subframe brace.
Works with V8R 1st & 2nd generation rails. Front and rear braces can be run together or by themselves. For customers with larger exhaust the braces can be spaced down for additional clearance.
