These are required if you have replaced the exhaust with the GWR options, a new intake, and a suitable tune. Don't necessarily worry about gapping them unless you have a different build. As far as GWR's part in this goes: their shipping was very fast. I bet they ran to the stock shelf, grabbed it, ran back, and got it out of the door quick, fast and in a hurry. (What else can you really say?)
I LOVE Goodwin Racing... I have a RF GT ND2 with a full race tune , RoadsterSport headers, mid pipe and RoadsterSport race muffler, Takeda cold air intake along with suspension and air flow modifications. I got a code that the engine was running rich ...so I bought these plugs to replace the stock ones just in case the plugs were not doing their job. It turns out that it did not make a difference, but these plugs definitely offer a far more robust spark than the stock plugs.
