DESCRIPTION
DS2500 compound for ND MX-5 / Fiat 124 Front NON-Brembo Calipers
Although we always recommend using a dedicated race pad for the track, the DS2500 is one of the best hybrid street/track pads on the market. It features the moderately high bite and solid fade resistance of a track pad, with the relatively low dust and noise levels of a street pad. When used as a street pad, it can produce some occasional squeal. During aggressive driving the DS2500 is known for its flat torque curve, which means as temperatures go up, the response through the brake pedal remains consistent. If you drive aggressively on the street, do some canyon runs, autoX, and maybe some light track duty on street tires, the DS2500 is tough to beat.

Ferodo DS2500 Brake Pads - Front
Great mixed-use pads for street and track. I have used these pads on other cars and they are good on the street but also hold up on track. Seems like they will be the same on the Miata. They do produce a lot of dust but it is worth it not to have to change pads between events.
Gamechanger. I have never experienced performance street/track pads with so much grip. No nasty side effects such as squealing or rotor grinding. Ferodo has been around a LONG time and it shows in the quality of this product. Worth every penny.
