Mazda 3.63 Ring and Pinion

DESCRIPTION

Genuine Mazda 7" ring and pinion in 3.636:1 final drive ratio. Fits 1994-2005 differentials, as well as 2006-2015 differentials. We import these from Japan and have them in stock in the US!

1990-1993 Miatas can run this ring and pinion if they use a differential and axles from a 1994-2005... a common upgrade for those years anyways to get the stronger 7" ring gear.

1999-2005 use an electronic speed sensor so you can get the replacement speed sensor sold separately on our site that is calibrated for the 3.63 ratio and that will fix the speedometer that would otherwise be off with this change in rear end ratio. 1990-1997 Miata speedometers are gear-driven rather than electric, so they cannot use that sensor and their speedometers will be slightly off.
